Server tiers and limits
GalacTelecast uses server allocations to determine which Discord servers receive paid plan benefits. The pricing page is for comparing plans; activation and transfers are managed from your profile.
Available tiers

How allocations work
Every guild starts with Free access to the bot and dashboard. Paid membership benefits are not required for a server to use the core commands.
After an eligible Patreon membership is recognized:
- Open your profile.
- Review your available server capacity.
- Activate an eligible Discord server.
- Transfer an allocation later if your plan supports another server.
Only servers you can manage through Discord are eligible for activation.
What happens when a limit is reached?
When all available allocations are in use, you can continue using the Free experience on other servers, but paid benefits cannot be activated for an additional server until you transfer an allocation or move to a plan with more capacity.
Deactivating or transferring an allocation changes where paid benefits apply; it does not remove the Discord server or uninstall the bot.
Choosing a tier
- Choose Free when you manage one server and need core feed, alert, or monitoring features.
- Choose Pro when you manage several active communities or need more room for server allocations.
- Choose Team when multiple staff members or organizations manage a larger group of servers.
Patreon membership
Patreon handles checkout, billing, renewals, and cancellation. GalacTelecast verifies the linked membership and applies the matching plan benefits.
If your profile says that Patreon is not active:
- Confirm that the correct Patreon account is linked.
- Check that the membership is active.
- Refresh the profile after membership changes.
- Contact support if the account remains incorrect.
Managing your plan
Use the pricing page to compare Free, Pro, and Team. Use your profile to link or unlink Patreon, activate servers, transfer allocations, and open subscription management.
